In his late teens, Roger was looking for a job. His neighbor, who worked for Weaver, told him that there was an opening in the roofing division. Roger got the job, and found Weaver to be a Christian company that truly cared about their employees. The culture of the company, combined with the fact he really enjoys the challenge of finding and fixing leaks, has turned Roger’s job into a career.

When not working at Weaver, Roger volunteers as a captain for his local fire department and spends time at the cabin with his family and friends.
