The LL Service Foreman at Weaver is responsible for delivering on our mission of Care that Shows, combining highly attentive client awareness and skilled carpentry with daily management of additional in-house carpenters and subcontractors to provide safe, high-quality, efficient results on assigned residential projects. Our teams carry out complex and highly detailed renovations in occupied homes and perform repairs and maintenance for discriminating clients who trust us with their keys.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain an understanding of jobsite plans and the scope of work to perform
- Skilled construction including framing, plumbing, electrical, concrete, drywall, window/door, paint, trim
- Quality control and punch list completion within assigned construction projects
- Lead any Weaver carpenters assigned to your job in the completion of their tasks
- Lead jobsite safety, security, quality, cleanliness, and site culture – communicate concerns to Prod Mgr
- Teach and lead the proficient utilization of specialty hand tools, power tools and positioning of equipment
- Maintain and organize company tools, equipment, vehicles, and job trailers assigned to you
- Work safely and do what is necessary to keep others working safely throughout the company
- Drive safely and do what is necessary to keep others driving safely throughout the company
Physical Demand:
- This position involves work at construction sites where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors
- Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to:
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Use hands and fingers to handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climb or balance
- The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

What You’ll Do as a Commercial Construction Project Executive:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, leading relationships from initial engagement through project handoff.
- Build and grow long-term client relationships to generate new business and drive design-build, special projects, and service opportunities.
- Lead the preconstruction process, including client meetings, presentations, and collaboration with owners and architects.
- Strategize with leadership on sales approach, pricing, proposals, and contract development.
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects align with client expectations for safety, quality, and execution.
- Oversee project progression and support the completion process, including resolving project items and punch lists for internal handoff and client turnover.
- Contribute to revenue and margin goals by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing client partnerships.

Production Roofers at Weaver are responsible for delivering on our mission of Care that Shows, combining attentive client awareness with safe, high-quality, efficiency that delivers excellent end results. Our teams work outdoors, on elevated surfaces, within rapidly progressing low-slope projects, detailed standing seam jobs, and in complex residential settings.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work under the direction of the Roofing Foreman on the crew to which you are assigned
- Unload materials and tools from company and vendor trucks and place them wherever directed
- Tear off old roof material
- Prepare and clean roof surfaces for application of new roofing material
- Join with the team to solve problems and install materials according to training you have received
- Uphold jobsite safety, quality and cleanliness standards
- Work safely and do what is necessary to keep others working safely throughout the company
- Drive safely and do what is necessary to keep others driving safely throughout the company
