The Luxury Living Superintendent is responsible for extending Care that Shows to clients, subcontractors, and the Weaver team through daily leadership and management for safe, high quality, efficient work on assigned projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Take full responsibility for the performance and work quality of assigned jobs after PM handoff.
  • Execute planning and details of schedule sequencing, constructability, and cost impact with excellence.
  • Maintain a detailed two week look ahead and uphold the overall schedule from start to finish.
  • Understand, follow, and uphold subcontract agreements and contracts.
  • Coordinate the work of subcontractors according to the job schedule.
  • Track and provide input on subcontractor performed work changes and manage daily work tickets.
  • Ability to fully understand project drawings, specifications and identify deviations in the field.
  • Assist the PM on submittal reviews and Weaver product purchasing for accuracy on material quantities, dimensions and finish selections.
  • Assist the PM with change requests for additional alterations outside of the contract scope.
    • Identify and communicate when such alterations are outside of the subcontract scope.
  • Manage the work of the Weaver field team onsite, resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Champion daily safe work practices and job site cleanliness (Weaver field team and subcontractors)
  • Address performance issues with the Weaver field team, subcontractors, and vendors, as needed.
  • Create final punch lists and ensure timely completion by subcontractors.
  • Attend and/or lead various job site meetings.
  • Create daily detailed job logs/daily work reports.
  • Knowledge of and uphold local codes, ADA, and OSHA requirements.
  • Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed.
  • Work safely and do what is necessary to keep others working safely throughout the company
  • Drive safely and do what is necessary to keep others driving safely throughout the company

Candidate Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of commercial or residential jobsite experience
  • Proven team leader
  • Track record of win/win outcomes in conflict situations

What You’ll Do as an HR Manager:
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to align and equip new team members for success.
  • Partner with General Managers and Production Leaders to strengthen accountability, leadership, and employee care.
  • Develop & improve HR systems that support growth, learning, and long-term team health.
  • Oversee employee benefits, including health, retirement, wellness plans, and open enrollment.
  • Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and employment practices to ensure compliance.
  • Manage compensation records, role descriptions, reviews, and accurate HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance and Administration on compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Protect confidential employee information while promoting workplace safety and driving.
Our Ideal HR Manager:
  • Experienced: 5+ years of HR leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration required. SHRM-CP or equivalent certification required.
  • Strategic: Builds and improves HR systems that support growth and operational excellence.
  • People-centered: Leads with a service mindset, addresses conflict directly, and strengthens accountability while maintaining relational trust.
  • Discreet: Handles confidential employee and compensation matters with integrity.
  • Collaborative: Partners effectively with senior leadership and operational managers. Experience in construction or field-based environments preferred.
  • Organized: Maintains accurate documentation and strong HRIS discipline.
