Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the full design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized client experience

- Build and nurture strong, healthy client relationships to be a trusted advisor throughout the design journey
- Utilize software programs to create and modify 2D and 3D architectural documents

- Schedule and lead visits to various showrooms and construction partners during the selection process
- Obtain pricing and prepare and deliver proposals to clients
- Regularly meet with clients virtually and onsite
- Offer well-researched recommendations consistent with current industry trends and project budgets
- Engage with questions and concerns promptly to foster positive results
- Order selected materials and ensure they arrive on time and are available to meet the project schedule
- Collaborate with preconstruction and project managers, providing a seamless handoff from design to construction
- Manage multiple client projects with excellence
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design or related field (NCIDQ certification preferred)
- Experience with design software (Chief Architect, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end architectural/interior design integrated with construction knowledge
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a wide range of luxury design work

Facility Maintenance Sales Consultants at Weaver are responsible for delivering on our mission of Care that Shows, providing highly attentive and detailed consultation with prospective clients, construction partners, and co-workers toward completion of needs-based commercial construction with excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the General Manager and our Commercial Team to pursue leads, diagnose problems, and propose solutions as you sell Facility Repairs, Maintenance and Special Projects
- Continually evaluate and improve upon interactions with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers
- Partner with Preconstruction to review estimates, plan schedules, and submit quotes on projects
- Attend owner/design/architect meetings as project and client relationships may require
- Plan project layouts and integrate engineering elements into design for client review and approval
- Create contracts and change orders as needed on smaller projects and hand off special projects to a PM
- Be involved in each project including carpentry or supervision to complete work on time and under budget
- Be available to directly address client questions and concerns throughout the construction process
- Provide direction and insight into safe, quality, efficient, and clean work with humility and care
- Review major project issues with the General Manager to assure all interests are being considered
- Work with facility managers/owners to create facility maintenance plans

Our Project Managers combine construction knowledge and management with highly attentive client awareness to deliver on our mission of Care that Shows through daily responsibility, decision-making, and management for assigned residential projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize existing and new residential construction building technologies and software
- Oversee daily operations of foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors on assigned jobs
- Attentively inspect quality control by conducting periodic job site visits
- Be on time for appointments, and ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent
- Ensure all projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications and local codes
- Maintain client and sub relationships in collaboration with preconstruction and the Production Manager
- Communicate project schedules, detail, and change orders to clients
- Purchase materials, procure equipment, and forecast personnel needs for assigned jobsites
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure all materials are available and onsite for assigned jobs
- Monitor each project budget vs costs and communicate financial performance to the preconstruction team
- Report production needs or team/people care concerns to the Production Manager
- Collaborate with preconstruction and A/R to resolve billing questions and assist in receiving payment
- Work safely and do what is necessary to keep others working safely throughout the company
