Interior Designers at Weaver collaborate with clients, construction partners, and teammates to develop comprehensive design schemes… Incorporating architecture, space planning, furniture layouts, lighting plans, color palettes, and material selections that honor each client’s style and ideas from project concept to completion.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the full design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized client experience
  • Understand each client’s unique preferences and vision, thoughtfully integrating them into every design decision
  • Build and nurture strong, healthy client relationships to be a trusted advisor throughout the design journey
  • Utilize software programs to create and modify 2D and 3D architectural documents
  • Proactively guide clients through expectations and timelines in alignment with project budgets and schedules
  • Schedule and lead visits to various showrooms and construction partners during the selection process
  • Obtain pricing and prepare and deliver proposals to clients
  • Regularly meet with clients virtually and onsite
  • Offer well-researched recommendations consistent with current industry trends and project budgets
  • Engage with questions and concerns promptly to foster positive results
  • Order selected materials and ensure they arrive on time and are available to meet the project schedule
  • Collaborate with preconstruction and project managers, providing a seamless handoff from design to construction
  • Manage multiple client projects with excellence
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (NCIDQ certification preferred)
  • Experience with design software (Chief Architect, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end interior design integrated with construction knowledge
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a wide range of luxury design work
